I would like to know if someone could help with a project I am starting.
I would like to connect 2 ESP32 via WIFI. When the connection reaches a maximum (or a certain threshold) it turns on a led.
Can anyone tell if this is a “simple thing” to create?
Best regards to all!
If you're asking whether ESP32 API has the ability to read the RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indication) value for the connection between a WiFi access point and station node, the answer is "yes".
"WiFiScan" in the examples of the IDE does most of that.
You just need to add the LED and threshold condition.
Don't expect to measure distance from the RSSI value.
