I am multiplexing 4 seven segment display to Arduino...
I am four switches
1)for up increment
2)for down increment
3)for set that value
4)reset
The issue is regarding set value...it is such when set button pressed by switching up & down switches we can set a certain value...
So that counter can count upto that certain value...
Can any body say how should I do it??

Post any code that you have tried, describe problems with it and also post a diagram of your circuit, hand drawn and photographed is OK
What has a 4x4 matrix keypad got to do with using 4 switches ?

Do you want to connect the following 4x4 Keyad with your UNO and then want to use A, B, C, D switches (for example) to control display unit?
