I was wondering if it is possible to use the Arduino Uno as a switch for an audio cable, I need to be able to allow the flow of current (audio signal) through the pins of the Arduino Uno, basically,I have an aux cable that has had the ground cut and wires with pins soldered onto the ground wire, I need to be able to connect them with an Arduino and control the flow of current with software, any ideas? I'm kinda a noob so any help is appreciated!
Sure it is. I would use audio signal level relays.
Research the use of a "relay".

You can use an Arduino to drive a multiplexer to switch between input sigals of an amplifier, or relays to switch loudspeakers.

Use a solid-state audio switch like the Max 4910 Quad Analog Switch. (Datasheet)
