Using both Portenta CAT.M1/NB IoT GNSS and Vision Shield

First I apologize if the question might seem too basic or ill informed.

The problem I have is as follows:

We have built an early fire detection vision system using portenta vision shield (ethernet) that is mounted on a drone. The system is capable of detecting smoke and fire. However, we can use the information only after the drone lands. A solution for us would be to use some GSM compatible module that will immediately send the information to ground.

Portenta CAT.M1/NB IoT GNSS Shield should be able to solve this issue, with the added benefit of using its in built GPS capability. However, would it be possible to combine the Vision Shield Ethernet or Vision Shield Lora with the CAT.M1/NB Shield?

Any suggestions?
