how do i get a W-2 sent to head office so i can purchase some basic kits for students.

What is a W-2?
W-2 to most of us is the End of year income/tax statement form from employers.
Perhaps a different W-2 is meant.
I need the contact information so my school can set up an account with Arduino to purchase equipment using a PO? Arduino will have to send my school a W2 since we no taxes can be added.
Have you verified that taxes will actually be added for your purchase?
I think you mean a W9. If your school is anything like mine, we need one of those for every vendor. Regardless of whether the vendor asks us to pay taxes or not, we have to. If you are having trouble getting a hold of Arduino, try contacting them through their contact form on the Arduino Store USA Support page.
W9 makes sense, we have to submit one to the different schools we work with when teaching fencing classes.
