Want to Build a Machine to Breed Shiny Pokemon

Hey, Im new to arduino but Im very experienced in programming and I was hoping somebody could point me towards the right components for my project.

Im trying to build a machine that breed shiny pokemon, they are highly sought after because they look cool and are exceedingly difficult to obtain. when a pokemon hatches from an egg it has a 1 in 1000 chance of being shiny (if you are using a special technique to boost your chances from 1 in 8000) . Breeding and hatching an egg requires several minutes of repetitive button pressing, meaning getting a shiny pokemon can take weeks of effort. Naturally, a machine would be much better suited to this task.

What I need is a system of small actuators capable of pressing the up,down, left and right buttons on a Nintendo 3DS d-pad, as well as the A and B buttons. If I can set up a system that can press all these buttons, I am certain I can program in the repetitive button press sequence required to breed my 'mon.

Does anyone know of any suitable small (preferably cheap) actuators?

Thanks for the help

An ordinary servo would do the job.

Why not solder some wires on the connectors directly?

Opening up the machine like that will void my warranty, which is something Id like to avoid. Id rather do this mechanically by pressing the buttons. The project shown in the video above is the one that inspired my project, but his has a much more limited scope because it only woks for fishing.

His setup can do anything that can be done by physically pushing the buttons. It's the software that dictates what happens and when.
If you don't want to void the warranty, you'll need some servos mounted on some sort of chassis. Your first step would be to built that.

Somehow I think that building the chassis will be your biggest obstacle.
