can anyone please guide me in detail what components i will need and how to connect the buzzer with arduino and attach it to the specs and then give it input from distance to ring it like we do to find our mobile phones when they are misplaced. Its really urgent as i have to submit prototype

Welcome! I cannot properly answer that. What buzzer are you using, specifications please. How do you plan on accessing it, via the internet or some other means. What is the range? What type of approvals will you need for RF? From that I can probably ask detailed questions to narrow it down.
I actually don't have any knowledge about the component and I want to make it as small as possible so we are using piezo buzzer and what ever component is easy for the input , so if you can answer from your understanding we want its range at least working for input upto 10 to 15 m
