We could not find any Arduino device

Hello Everybody,
I'm trying to associate my new board mkr wifi 1010 but my device is not detected during the Setup Device.
I followed the procedures in case of failure:
Restart the Create Agent on the computer.
Reconnect the device to the computer with another USB cable and make sure the power LED lights up.
Reset your device
Maybe it's because I'm using "unofficial" usb cables, which don't allow me to "communicate" information but only to power my boad?

Can anyone help?

I have moved the topic to MKRWIFI1010 category....I couldn't see anything IDE 1.x specific.
