website stuck in redirect loops.

tried accessing the library pages for tft and spi (eg SPI - Arduino Reference), they all get stuck in redirect loops, so i tried the 'contact us' link under the support tab. .... same deal

Yeah it does.

We have come to expect this as "normal" behaviour, from time to time at least.

It tends to get sorted out eventually - in a few hours. I don't know how.

Previously reported on one day here but has happened for shorter periods since, and passably related to this one.

My browser gets stuck like that on occasion. I delete the web browser cookies and it goes back to normal.

The problem is with the ID/login server.

If you logout of the forum you can goto the page without a problem.

The forum administrator suggested "ketchup" for the forum sh*t sandwich being served (appears when using IE8 browser):

Arduino.cc offers limited compatibility for Internet Explorer 8. Get a modern browser as Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

Firefox today also can not reach any page at www.arduino.cc; it gives a re-direct error, although it opens forum.arduino.cc just fine and tabs such as Unread Posts work just fine.

I've noticed that accessing both the forum and the arduino web site one after the other causes problems. Accessing both results in blank web pages or worse after the visits.

Busted in Chrome. Can get to the forums, but the main arduino page causes redirect loops.

it's the same for me but with internet explorer, it's ok

In short, web server broken - again.

Somehow it seems (eventually) to start working again.

Let's see - nope, still down as of this moment. However if I go to another computer which is forum naïve, it has no problems.

Looks like you have to play some games - logging out of forum and logging on again, closing and re-starting browser and so on.

Would be nice if they would just fix the broken web server.
