What Arduino is recommended for 3G\4G connection

If one wants a Arduino to connected to a 3G\4G network and to also have inputs for reading temperatures. What Arduino would be the best one to go for. Keep in mine that low power is important as it needs to run for days if not weeks.

Can run for years plugged in to the wall, so implicit in that is some kind of non-mains requirement?

The Arduino MKR GSM 1400 is a nice board. It supports 2G and 3G, but not 4G:

If you really need 4G, you might want something more than an Arduino.
