Hello! We are planning to buy a 7 inch LCD touch screen but we don't know what are the LCD that are compatible with Arduino Uno R3. Can you please suggest LCD touch screen that are compatible with Arduino Uno R3? Or maybe suggest some other alternatives for it. It would be really helpful if the materials are not that heavy in the pocket.
I would first find a library I liked that was compatible with the UNO (but I would be using a modern board NOT the ancient R3) Then see what screens that library supports.
7 inches displays with touch screen are expensives if they have a LCD controller on board. Nextion is a good example.
The others not so expensive require a powerfull processor with embeded LCD controller to do a decent job.
