I want a book which can teach me from the scratch to advanced level including topics like hardware ,programming,etc. It would be helpful if the book is in pdf format.
I'm not sure you're going to find a single book covering all that.

You will not get it all in one book, and you have to do a fair bit of programming to fully learn Arduino, I haven't.
Can you please tell us your electronics, programming, arduino, hardware experience?
As Arduino is a "control" device that is designed to talk with the outside world, some electronics knowledge is required.
I am not trying to dissuade you but you need to get hands on with hardware and get some simple tasks accomplished to get the "hang" of the system.
Just reading will not make it easy, getting your hands dirty and building some simple projects will make it easier.

I have a arduino UNO SMD , almost no programming knowledge(I know a bit of HTML and Python) and no hardware knowledge. I have also successfully made a simple led glow using arduino .I also have a ultrasonic distance module,a Breadboard , some jumper wires and some resistors.
Do you know what you want to do with the Arduino?
A "starter kit" might be useful. You'll get some hardware to-along with the software & lessons. But I don't have one and I can't recommend one.
There are too many variations of the Arduino and too many libraries (many of them, unofficial 3rd-party libraries) to make a "complete" book.
It would also help to know some basic electronics., especially Ohms Law which describes the relationship between voltage, current, and resistance. I don't know if the lessons in a "starter kit" cover that.
My recommendation is the Arduino Cookbook for starters. It has a lot of great information.
