I want a low cost display for DUE or Mega2560 to show text and maybe some images, too. Years ago I bought a good one from Ebay, with library from Bodmer, but it was then. Adafruit perhaps but Ebay has good prices. The size matter here, the bigger the better.
I cannot make a product recommendation on this forum.
I bought one of these TFT and MEGA sets about 5 years ago. My first TFT for Arduino, as far as I remember.
I used it with Bodmer's TFT_HX8357.
I may have bought it from Banggood.com or DX.com, but I don't have a link at hand.
I see examples on AliExpress, e.g. Free shipping! 3.5 inch TFT LCD screen module Ultra HD 320X480 for Arduino + MEGA 2560 R3 Board with usb cable.
Note that this is not a recommendation, just an example. I don't know the shop.

Depends on how you want to wire it up and mount it in some regards.
But I will second Aliexpress, Bangood as fair sources at good prices albiet slower shipping right now (covid).
If in a rush then Amazon also has a good selection.
" I see examples on AliExpress, e.g. Free shipping! 3.5 inch TFT LCD screen module Ultra HD 320X480 for Arduino + MEGA 2560 R3 Board with usb cable." This looks interesting. I think there are libraries for ILI9486 chip. And I might find a use for an extra Mega2560.
What about Due, anything for 3.3V. Besides I like Ebay.
Where have you bought a good low cost 3-8” TFT displays from?
You asked a rather "closed" question. Maybe that's why you had to wait quite long for an answer.

I used this TFT also on Arduino Due. Different library, slower because of bit shuffling for pins.
-
you can buy the display separately. Buying the set should make sure it matches.
-
with Arduino Due, or any other 3.3V processor, you have many more options.

I have no experience with Ebay; I don't know how to identify trustworthy shops on Ebay.
I hope for you that you get more answers from real TFT experts, albeit your question.
