Sorry my English is bad. I have mission connect Arduino but I haven’t Administrator privileges and PC where I working haven’t drivers USB to Serial. Then I thought maybe there is another way to connect Arduino to PC. I have only usb and Arduino Nano. I have be gratefully for any information and assistance.
http://www.wch.cn/download/CH341SER_EXE.html Download and install the firmware from this address and try again. (This software will help if your Arduino board is a clone.) If your board is original, you will find your board under other devices or ports tab in device manager and right click on it and click "update driver software". After the software is updated, you can complete your work by finding and selecting your board in the Arduino IDE. You will need help from someone with administrative privileges and you have to use a USB connection so that your restrictions do not interfere with operation.
If that prevents you from installing drivers, contact those that have admin privileges. A wild guess is that this is that you're in a corporate environment in which case they can install the drivers if it's there is a business need for it.
If nobody can install drivers, you can buy "9-pin RS232" to "TTL (5V) Serial" adapter and plug it into the 9-pin serial port on the back of the PC (if it has one).
