Why is my arduino code uploading for so long

I try to upload my code to Arduino UNO. It used to work but now it is just stuck on the uploading.

I'm still using 1.8.19 of the IDE so this might be a bit different: Go to File->Preferences and enable show verbose output during upload. Post the contents of the output window back here. You can copy and paste the text in the output window rather than a screenshot.

That output suggests that the upload was successful.

I wonder if it's an IDE 2.0 issue? Maybe move your post over to the Arduino IDE 2.0 section where you will likely get a better explanation.
