I followed the tutorial from the kit but it doesnt work.
Please read:

Where are the wires from the breadboard to the Uno?
What do you expect this circuit to do? The buttons do not seem to be connected.
.. neither is ground or so it seems.
Show us a good schematic of your proposed circuit.
Show us a good image of your ‘actual’ wiring.
Give links to components.
In the Arduino IDE, use Ctrl T or CMD T to format your code then copy the complete sketch.
Use the </> icon from the ‘reply menu’ to attach the copied sketch.
I dont know what i am doing but this is what the tutotial said.
Your topic was moved to its current location as it is more suitable.
Could you also take a few moments to Learn How To Use The Forum.
It will help you get the best out of the forum in the future.
Thank you
I would like to see that tutorial then.
Move some of the wires to some other holes.

this does not look like your circuit ... does it ??
they have a path for the current to go through the resistor, buttons and LED

You don't
take some time to understand how a breadboard works.
That looks okay.
You should copy that picture exactly. Not approximately.
Perhaps it helps when you know how breadboards are wired internally:
https://www.elprocus.com/a-brief-on-breadboard-basics-and-connections/
Looks like you selected a 10k (Bn/Bk/O) resistor when it should be 220R (R/R/Bn)
Your wiring is wrong mate.
- The LED has no GND Ground connected.
- supply of switchs is not wired as the guide shows.
+5 V via Resistant not on correct leg of Button (looks like it)
GND on LED not the correct row/leg. 2 rows more.
The flat side of the LED should go the GND.
We usually have you wire switches using diagonal leads, yellow and black wires here:
how are they not wired correct
They are not wired correctly because they are in different places than they should be, and the picture in the book clearly shows you how, as several people have told you. Are you even for real?
