I'm in the same boat. Arudion Uno v3, wifi shield firmware 1.1.0, platform 1.0.5. I'm using the example webserver (modified to report the firmware). I gave up on the wifi.config command and set an IP in my router for the wifi MAC (which doesn't match the wifi sticker) and that works. I get the RSSI and IP returned serially, but I can't get a webpage connection. I tried a couple different versions of the lib/firm for the wifi that I found on GITHUB with no success. 90 bucks and I'm not feeling too great about the purchase... I'm hoping it's something I'm missing but after a lot of hours I'm feeling discouraged. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
