Wireless video - quadcopter

I wanna build a quadcopter... I have 2 questions...

1) Is possible to look at the video from camera (like this http://eud.dx.com/product/ov7670-300kp-vga-camera-module-for-arduino-844147742) in real time on another arduino with LCD (http://eud.dx.com/product/2-2-serial-spi-tft-color-lcd-module-for-arduino-red-silver-844234675). - Without WiFi router on quadcopter. (I've found some tutorials, but it requires WiFi router, which is so heavy for small quadcopter...)

2) Which solution of wireless communication is the best to control the quadcopter? (2,4GHz or 433MHz or sth else?)

Control should be done with commercialy available rc equipment. Most seem to be switching to 2.4 ghz these days but there are other allocations depending where you are located.

For the video an arduino is not a good choice, a simple video sender reciever should suffice, in the uk most have a 2.4 GHz allocation as well

Depends on what you mean by best. Range, current consumption, bandwidth, cost interference immunity.

Rc controlers for aerial devices are both designed and approved for this use. Wifi is not.
