Write a code for PS4 controller

I need to write a code for my school project, for a ps4 controller to:

• Activate 8 relays
• Control 2 motor speed controllers with Motors
• 5 solenoids and compressor
• Control a 12v motor fwd and rev
• Control 2 servos
• 1 Stepper motor
  I have a picture form the component wired already.

Looks fastened to a practice board. My guess is a fidget spinner just for coding. No mcu (unless it is the bare IC on the protoboard near the stepper driver and buck converter).
