hello all,
i have bought 2 xbee pro 2 chips from sparkfun. i have also bought the xbee shields for duemilanove. i want to establish simple wireless communication between the xbee chips. i have tried X-CTU but it cannot identify the firmware version or specs of the chips. i have also trie the straighter approach of Serial.print commands from Arduino IDE but no luck at all...

I m not able to detect the firmware of my XBee chips with XCTU and also not able to perform 'READ' operation in XCTU for the chip.
