  • Going to make a gift similar to above.

  • Going to cut 2 or 3 different routing maps out on the CNC; can be swapped out as needed.

  • Planning to have mile stone points the user needs to achieve, ex: a LED comes on at a certain point in the pathway and the user needs to move the ball bearing to that point. Detection occurs and a different LED comes on (detection maybe using Hall Effect sensors). Wrong way point covered, motors take traveller off the path, ball bearing falls.

  • The movement might be controlled by 2 steppers/360° servo/gear motors controlled by switches/joystick/rotary encoder.

  • Might have a OLED where a question is asked, 24 / 3 = ? LED labeled 8 comes on :thinking:

  • Might need elastic cords on the traveller to pull it down.

Other suggestions/comments welcomed.

Looks like a great idea.
I would make it in an angled box so you have a constant downwards force. Rather than letting the user choose what angle to hold the frame and tilt it.
