Hi
When things go wrong, everyone is very pressed to let it be known. When things are going in a good direction, comments are more rare.
I say it, Arduino Giga R1 is the Arduino I was waiting for.
I read here and there: too expensive, take a raspberry instead, etc.
Well, I'm happy to see the Giga R1 born.
Of course the Giga is very young, there is a lot on the board regarding libraries for example.
But here I am happy to see a dual core STM32 with many pins and the strength of Arduino.
THANKS !

I'm looking forward to seeing a full size shield that breaks out all of the IO.

True, the Arduino Giga brings out the power of the Portenta series to a well known form factor.
Very excited to see the variety of use cases for such a powerful Arduino!

I'm not (at all) a uC / STMicrolelectronics / Arduino specialist, but from what I understand STM32H747XI is one of the most powerfull uC of STM32 line.
I'm very happy to see this uC in Arduino world : lot of pins available and Arduino accessibility.
