Please assist me with ZMPT101B voltage sensor datasheet and also help with component design calculations that motivated the component selection when designing the sensor, The circuit is attached below
That question cannot be answered, you need to talk to the designer of the circuit or somebody he explained it to. Yes I can guess such as R1 limits probably current I do not have a crystal ball.
