100N impact measurement

I want to measure instant impact about 100N.
Can you recommend me appropriate sensor?

I think FSR(pressure base) is appropriate for this but i saw some article that FSR is not appropriate to capture instant impact. (is it related with data measurement frequency?)
So the next options, I think is accelerometer.

is my thought right? I think If FSR works it would be more easy to measure the impact force.

Hi,
I suggest using a piezoelectric sensor or even a charge cell.
Also look google for
