12V 7 segment driver

Hi

I want to make a digital clock using 4 2 inch 7 segment comon catode dislays and large digit driver sutch as in the link:

For control i'm using arduino nano. I hocked evrithing acording to guide, uploaded the sketch and nothing.

Could some one guide me what is wrong?

Well now, if you have common cathode displays, you have a big problem as those TPIC6C596 drivers are for common anode displays only.
