Hey everyone,
I’ve seen quite a few posts lately from makers looking for good enclosure solutions for their projects. To help out, I’ve created a few custom enclosure designs specifically for the Arduino UNO R4 WiFi.
In addition to the standard cases, I also developed a generic enclosure design that features a dedicated spot for an 82mm x 54mm breadboard. I’ve found this one incredibly useful for prototyping and mounting tiny footprint boards like the Nano and ESP32 boards.
What's available:
- Custom-fit Arduino UNO R4 WiFi cases
- Combo prototyping enclosures (with 82mm x 54mm breadboard slots)
- Custom design services tailored to your specific project needs

If you don’t see exactly what you are looking for, reach out using the contact page on the site and we can start a discussion on producing a custom case for you.
Thanks for looking!
AI Overview
Standard PLA is an excellent electrical insulator that builds up static electricity, making it dangerous for sensitive electronics. To get electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, you must use a specialized ESD-Safe PLA formulated with conductive additives like carbon nanotubes or carbon black.
Thanks for the feedback. I think that is a good idea to offer an ESD safe PLA as a material option. There are situations were this may be needed.
However, I have used standard PLA for many electronics enclosures without a problem. Most common project boxes are made out of non-conductive plastics: ABS, PVC, Polycarbonate, etc. You will likely dissipate any static buildup through your body while you are opening the enclosure (before you get to the electronics), especially if you are using a grounded ESD wrist strap.
The site does not appear to have any products for sale, only pictures of tee-shirts despite it saying that is specialises in custom 3D printed enclosures
Only if the wrist trap is grounded! Very unlikely in a hobby situation. Remember, all static discharges damage to electronic equipment is CUMULATIVE!
Hi UKHeliBob,
Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you are unable to view the site correctly. I am currently only shipping within the US, however, after doing some research this shouldn't effect customers in other regions from viewing the site. Maybe try manually entering the URL into your web browser?
What kind of t-shirts are listed for sale? Are they at least t-shirts with 3d printed enclosures on them?
This is the landing page that I get from the link that you posted
I've been working with shopify support on this and they are helping to either display the correct products, but not allow checkout for regions outside the US or show a more helpful notification such as: 'no products are available for your region'.
The products should display correctly for someone browsing from within the US.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
Hi UKHeliBob - Can you try my site again? I've been told it has been fixed and should show enclosures now and not t-shirts.
So, we can buy ready-made enclosures from you, right? Custom design/printing available?
Yes! I'm starting with the enclosures listed to see how much interest there is out there. I'm still working on the pricing structure for custom enclosure design, but should have something added to the site soon. I can also print the shown enclosures in other materials as requested.
Thanks for the feedback. I've actually been using the breadboard enclosure, shown on my site, for the xiao ESP32C3. You should be able to see one in one of the product photos. It's convenient for when I make changes / improvements to my project. I can just rewire the breadboard or even swap out for an Arduino Nano if I decide to switch to a 5V system.
