I made a circuit like below but I'm worried it will work
Do not worry. It won't work.
Can you state what you are concerned about not working?
I don't know if it will work, I wonder if it will work, is the circuit correct?
I just replied to your other thread on the same topic; confusingly, when I tried to reply it took me to that other thread. Please check it out
What is the circuit supposed to do?
There is an infrared transmitter opposite the photodiode, will the photodiode work with this connection type? Will the connection work as in the diagram, I'm looking into it
Describe what the circuit you posted is supposed to do.
Opposite the photodiode, there are infrared transmitters, they are facing each other, the receivers send LOW, when the infrared is cut off, it will send HIGH, I do it with the buttons on the 74hc165, but because I want to do it with a photodiode, I removed the buttons and put a photodiode, will this circuit work with a photodiode receiver connection like this? It doesn't matter if it gives HIGH or LOW, it is important that the receiver photodiodes work.
Where are the photodiodes? What are the LEDs supposed to do?
That circuit is totally wrong for photodiodes.
Here is a good introduction to photodiode operation and usage.

I couldn't find how to connect the photodiode to the 74hc165, will it be like the arduino digital pin connection?
There is no reason to do that.
To learn how to use a photodiode, study the information in Photodiode Amplifiers, linked above, and sources that you find on line by searching for "Arduino photodiode".
