Zero. But.
If you used good quality cage clamp terminals and added at least 8 solenoid drivers with LEDs and at least 8 24V-capable digital inputs (don't have to be optoisolated, but that would be a plus), spots for voltage-divider resistors on a couple analog inputs and it would run from 12 or 24V and cost under $50, then I might be interested.
I have an Industruino on the wall next to me and it does all that and more, but it's now running close to $200 each IIRC. It also has the advantage of being DIN-rail mountable.
Also, Automation Direct and others sell Arduino-based controllers with similar specs at around the $100 price point, but they need add-on units for all the features.
My suspicion is that your original idea would sell better as a regular Mega328-based arduino aimed at the crowd looking for a more permanent connection than breadboards.

I also believe that it's difficult to make money selling commodity hardware these days!
