I am having problems connecting my adafruit flora and adafruit flora bluefruit le, then using the app to control the pins on the flora. I have downloaded all the example sketches and have gotten the UART mode to work, but cannot get any of the other modes to work. I have an electrical background and need this for a senior design project so any advice helps.

I would.definitely try the adafruit support forums, as you may be more likely to find someone with experience using those boards there
