arduino + 4052 mux/demux

Hi ,
im new to the arduino world , i need to control the mux/demux (4052) using arduino .
as i read in the datasheet , it seems the i can't control the selection inputs of the 4052 , using 3.3V and GND. my supply voltage to the 4052 is 10V. Any suggestions ?

datasheet of the 4052 :

Use a 4504 level shifter, perhaps?

optocouplers?

Just a simple transistor to boost the arduino digital output to the supply rail of the multiplexer.

can you please give , a simple sketch , of how to do it ?
thank you in advance.

Arduino output pin to 1K resistor, other end of resistor to base of transistor.

Emitter of transistor to Arduino ground. Higher voltage power supply to Arduino ground.

Collector of transistor to 1K resistor, other end of resistor to high voltage supply of multiplexer.

Also collector of transistor to control pin of the multiplexer.
