Hi friends,
I'm looking for help with a project. I want to connect an ultrasonic mist maker to an arduino. I thought I need a 5v relay to have enough power.
mist maker I'm using:

The photo shows how I connected everything
Can someone see where I made an mistake?
DO you mind telling us what the problem is?

Sure! The way how I connected everything the mist maker is not functioning.
There is no code yet. I just first connect everything and later when this is alright, I put in a code that says when the mist maker turns on and off.
I guess I made a mistake how things are connected.
First, althought its a simple circuit, we need a schematic.
When you submit a question on the forum you will usually need to add a schematic (circuit diagram).
The tutorial that follows will explain some ways to create a useful image; however lets start by explaining how to add the image to your post. Its easy.
Having created the image all you need to do is :
Save the image somewhere convenient - maybe your desktop
Start your post, and place the cursor (insertion point) where you want the image to be shown;

What supplies power to the gadget at the bottom of the pic?

on the bottom of the photo is the mist maker.
I wanted to supply the power from the arduino to the mist maker. But probably that's not ennouph. I could apply a 5v USB cord to it, but this is what I wanted to avoid. Problable there is the mistake.
So actually my first question is if I can get enough power from the arduino or do I need another power supplies for the mist maker?
JaGa:
There is no code yet.
So it is neither an "installation" nor a "troubleshooting" issue.

why is it not an installation issue?
"For problems with the Arduino IDE (integrated development environment). NOT for problems with your project."

sorry I don't really get it. On which topic do I need to be than with my question?
You're looking for guidance, I'd say.
Hello JaGa
Post your sketch, well formated, with comments and in so called code tags "</>" and schematic to see how we can help.
Have a nice day and enjoy coding in C++.

Hi, Thanks for your message. I think the code is not yet the problem. I thought first the things need to be connected well.
Up to you.

I'm looking for help connecting it. This this not the right place, to ask this?
You didn't post a schematic.
You have NO power connected to the module!

sorry, I haven't learned how to make a schematic. I'm a beginner.
So how did you wire up the components in the picture you posted, without a schematic?

I tried somethings I know from previous projects and things I've found on internet
