OK so all the disingenuous comments aside I believe I can help you with this project. I have taken on Pro-Bono projects in the past with a stake.
Needless to say that until this paid out the IP on anything i design would remain mine.
I am a seasoned electronics engineer as well as a software engineer. My latest project was building designing and writing the code for Parade audio control systems for Universal Studios in Japan and China. I live in France but am British (Welsh).
