Arduino engineer required for 12 month project [ PAID ASSIGNMENT]

Hi my name is Simon and I am at the beginning stages of learning with Arduino I are looking for a UK based experienced Arduino engineer to join our team, and help us on our next project.

This is a paid project and would require you to meet KPI and milestones.

We make EV chargers and want to extend our range with a very specific home management system that will connect to the EV charger and other IOT assets.

The candidate would be skilled enough to design mobilize & test our ideas and would want to have a % in the project profits.

Happy to explain more via the phone if possible to keep some confidentiality.

PS not sure how this forum works so if I'm come across as I don't know what I'm on about your right I don't.

Any direction or links from the community on where I would find someone would be awesome.

It clearly says paid mate and the engineer would WANT profits also.

Co design is easy to work out mate , if you don't know what social value is or localism is please google it.

The ref to the minerals means you up to the job mate as you was very sure you could with the 200k offer :wink:

So this will be a purely profit % project or that is in addition to renumeration?

The candidate would get paid a PAYE baseline rate that is negotiable and to retain the skill set longer term a % of profits, one would hope.

This is down to your skills of negotiating with us.

The original posting is pretty easy to follow, it is up to the interested to contact the company and see if there is a match between the needs of the company and desires of the potential employee, a lot like any position.

I would be tempted to throw my head in the ring but an pretty geographically diverse from the UK.
