Arduino GSM shield v2 not working on Mega ADK

HI all,

having a problem getting the GSM shield V2 working on the Mega ADK, i have tried an external power supply and used a jumper wire from pin2 -> pin10. I can see some data from the device arriving on the serial port but sometimes its garbage and it appears to reboot the shield or maybe the uno. I thought it should be easy enough to get the shield working on the Mega ADK if its working on the UNO.

ok i think this might be the problem, the Arduino Mega ADK uses pin 7 to communicate with the onboard MAX3421E but the Arduino GSM shield also uses this pin to reset the Arduino, i suppose this would probably cause problems ???
