Arduino IDE doesn't start/open

Hello everyone, I'm not good in English I hope you can understand me
I've been working with Arduino IDE for a while, but now it does not open
I tried to install older versions, but it does not work

Please install Arduino IDE 1.8.5, which you can download for free from http://www.arduino.cc/en/Main/Software. This issue has been fixed in that version.
