Arduino Mega compatible IC with operational range (–40°C to +125°C)

Hi All,
I am looking for any Arduino Mega Board compatible IC with an operating temperature range of up to 125C. any suggestions?
If any other microcontroller (with an operating temperature range of up to +125C) can be used with any other Arduino board and Programming using Arduino IDE software ?
Please advice.

I do not know of any Arduino Mega Boards that are qualified to meet that temperature requirement. There are a lot of microcontrollers that will, qualify for that temperature and even hotter. A good starting point is to search for parts meeting the AEC-Q100 specifications.
