So I'm using my Mega to control 2 solenoids upon a valid card swipe. The Ethernet shield is being used to hold the known ID database on a SD card. As the description says, when I connect the board to a 9V - 1A DC power supply, the ON LEDs on the Mega and the shield begin flashing rapidly, and certain LEDs attached to digital Output pins 30 and 31 are blinking in the same manner (They too should only trigger when a valid card swipe is read). Could this mean my board is fried, or am I supplying improper power to it?
