Arduino uno board not detecting on my PC(Lenovo- ThinkPad), Windows-10

Dear sir/mam
I bought am Arduino Uno which is not getting connected in my PC. I have updated my laptop's driver and BIOS, even checked in another system with Windows-7, but unable to get it detected.
When the Arduino is connected to laptop, the ON LED glows and an orange LED blinks as shown in the attached file.
Request you to guide and help in getting the issue resolved.

Open Windows Device Manager and then plug the Uno's USB cable into your computer. Do you see a new device appear in Device Manager?

No, any device is not appearing on device manager. Neither it is making sound while connecting to the system.

You might have a damaged or charge-only USB cable that doesn't have the data lines connected. Verify the cable works for data on another device.

Is your thinkpad USB 2.0 or 3.0 ?

Can you try another computer ?

The problem got solved.
The problem was with cable as advised by Pert I changed the cable and it works.
Thanks for the support.
