Arduino Uno with touch sensors

I want to use some of my touch sensors with my Arduino Uno! I want to make it so that when I touch it it sets a Digital pin to high. I have been doing this FOR HOURS and my family has been recommending here for me to do research and reach out! PLEASE HELP!
