Arduino upload error

Using Arduino Avrdude, stk500, Bootloader issues

I was recently building an acoustic levitator, but when I tried to upload the code onto my arduino nano, it kept popping up this message.

The complilation was completed though.

it is not a programming question.
you should select "old bootloader"
