Arduino Waveshare 7080G Vodafone M2M SIM

Hi everyone !

I´m trying to configure my Waveshare 7080G with a Global Vodafone SIM M2M. Communication between Arduino Uno and Waveshare via AT Commands is OK but blinking led every second indicates not attached to a celular radio base. It is suppose that just turning on the Waveshare module with SIM M2M inserted would detect a celular operator radio base, but not. Any clue ?
