I want to have Arduino + WiFi. I have searched it but it seems the product is retired. Can someone please inform me if there is any "Arduino WiFi Shield" available ?

It looks like there are no WiFi shields made by Arduino available. There are certainly other options from other manufacturers.
The ones I'm familiar with are the cheap ESP8266 shields. You can get them for around $7 with free shipping on eBay or Aliexpress. They can be a little tricky to work with but maybe not more so than any of the other options. You will definitely find a lot of information online about using ESP8266 with Arduino.
You also have several options for boards that have built in WiFi. I believe there are some available from Arduino. There are also cheap ESP8266 boards that can be programmed via the Arduino IDE such as the WeMos D1 Mini..
