Hi everyone!
I designed a PCB with an atmega 2560 on it. To program it I'm using the arduino IDE and an USBasp programmer. I tested it a lot and everything is working correctly, except for Serial1.
When I try to write something on the port, the atmega keeps resetting after few tries. I'm reading the port through a serial adapter: the message I try to send is received a few times (often with errors) but then everything stops. If I change the code (which is very basic) using Serial2 or Serial3, everything works fine! I double checked every type of connection and it all looks good.
I also tried using the macro F but the problem remains.
Thanks for letting us know
Good luck.
Oh Prince that not very nice.
Fantastic ! Obviously you have done something wrong, but we can't tell because you have not shared the schematic or the PCB layout.
And the errors are caused by ?
Still you should share it with us.
Groping in the dark otherwise, and it is rather pointless. Provokes responses reply #2

This is like me asking you to fix my widget telling you the third color is wrong. Post a Schematic, since you made a PCB you should have created it during schematic capture. Also post links to technical information on the hardware devizes, azon is just a sales lead and next to useless.
