atmega2560 external ram

Hello,

I am looking for an alternative to QuadRAM sold here http://174.136.57.214/html/quadram.html. I don't think the site is still operational or any of it's product I have tired contacting them for purchase with out any response. Could someone point me to a viable alternative. I am looking for something where most of the driver code would have already been written. I am working on a prototype and development time is pretty short.

I have no personal experience with any of these products or technique.

That's too bad. They were moving their site a while back and should have finished it already if they are still in business. Have you contacted sales@ruggedcircuits.com ?

I contacted them using there personal contact page.
But I recently tried that email address a few hours ago so I am hoping they respond

Let us know how it goes. They are usually responsive. I used their motor drives in my projects. Hate to see them disappear.

We've moved!
The site is currently down for maintenance. Please come back later.

The new site is very minimal, missing a lot that the original site had, such as the QUADRAM. I don't know how soon this new site can be fully functional.

Hey,

I had looked at the domain registration and notice the same thing. Anyway I contacted the seller and they said they don't manufacture it anymore. So looks like I will have to build one I really was trying to avoid that because of the lead time for the pcb.

Does anyone know where I can purchase one? I could even get 64KB to work i just was hoping for the 512KB because of future expansion.

Well,

I still have mine I got for $30 I think. Never had the need though. Are you in USA?
