Program work on UNO, but not attiny85.
I only use 3pin, but my attiny85 all pin is high!

you don't really like your attiny do you?
I presume the Vin in 9V is okay for the UNO has it have a current regulator. Not the Attiny.
STOP your try!
Get a voltage regulator or use another batteries
Try your circuit again.
EDIT: at least you did well posting your schematic

The Digispark PCB has a 5V regulator on board so it is OK to power it with 9V via the VIN pin.

so there is a chance the board is not burnt yet...
The company who did the original Kickstarter Project don't seem to be selling them any more.
Their website is here, and has full schematic, PCB layout, bootloader link etc.
Their design is open source, so there are many clones/copies available from many internet sources.
I have heard that some of the less reputable sources have the ATtiny85 fitted to the PCB without having the bootloader installed, making them much more difficult to programme
