It is possible for a short or external circuitry connected to the Arduino board to interfere with the upload process, causing this type of upload error.

Make sure the board is not sitting on anything conductive that could short the contacts on the bottom of the board. Make sure there isn't any conductive debris (e.g., strands of wire or component leads) on the board or on the surface the board is sitting on.

If you have a shield or any external circuitry or components connected to your Arduino board, try this experiment:

1. Disconnect the USB cable of the Arduino board from your computer.
2. Disconnect any shields, modules, external circuitry, etc. from your board.
3. Connect the Arduino board to your computer with a USB cable.

Now try uploading a sketch to the board again. Does the upload succeed?

This experiment will determine whether the upload error was caused by interference from your external circuitry. If so, you can then focus your attention on identifying the specific problem with the circuit and resolving it.

I want to give you more information

I purchased 4WD BT Multi-purpose Car V2.0 Kit before 3 weeks and I assembled it correctly as I took screen shoot and pasted for you

Keyestudio V4.0 development board is based on ATmega328P MCU, and

with a cp2102 Chip as a UART-to-USB converter.

When I connect 4WD BT Multi-purpose Car V2.0 Kit

I Downloaded latest IDE and configured it for an Arduino Uno R3 from the dropdown. The driver of CP2102is installed successfully.

Noted that the board was connected to COM4 and

I compile the program example Basic Blink successfully, but then get the error messages while the upload proceeds.

Any suggestions?

Hi,
Sorry for the late answer because i just try to remove all the connected any shield and the Bluetooth adaptor connected SHOULD and now its allow to uploaded normally, but when i connect the Bluetooth same error, so that mean we can't use the Bluetooth??? just advise us.

No. It only means you can't have the Bluetooth module connected to the board when you perform an upload.

I'll describe the procedure:

1. Disconnect the battery power from the board and disconnect the USB cable of the Arduino board from your computer.
   ⓘ It is best practices to always disconnect the power from the board before making any changes to the circuit connections to the board in order to avoid the chance of doing permanent physical damage to the board or other components.
2. Disconnect the Bluetooth module from the board.
3. Connect the Arduino board to your computer with a USB cable.
4. Upload the sketch to the board.
5. Disconnect the USB cable of the Arduino board from your computer.
6. Connect the Bluetooth module from the board.
7. Power the robot.

Do you now see that it is possible (albeit a bit inconvenient) to use the Bluetooth module with the board even though it interferes with uploads?
