Adding a protection strip to a holder is simple.
- Solder two wires (red/black) to the bottom of the strip, going sideways.
- Attach to the bottom of the battery holder with hot glue.
- Solder two short wires between strip and battery holder pins.
Polarity matters...
The strips also come in dual battery version.
