Blue jaguar RockBand 4 guitar ps4

Hello Arduino community,

I always enjoyed playing guitar rhythm games like RockBand, guitar hero, clone hero etc... ,

i have a rockband guitar since childhood, and the guitar's motherboard is dead i guess, i dont know how to diagnose it  but i have tried multiple things to fix the board, asked some friends who has little knowledge in boards and whatnot, took it to games repair shop, no luck, anyways i decided to buy an Arduino board to replace the original board, i want it just detect the input from buttons and send it to the PC, where im playing games like clone hero and what not

so, from what i see is that the original board there are these cables and connectors "FROM THE IMAGES ATTACHED "

where the image of the cables shows the below :

1- the green box is a flexible ribbon cable, i assume that there is different types of flexible ribbon cables which i guess they are flexible flat cable (FFC) or flexible printed cable (FPC), i dont know what cable i have, this ribbon cable is used for the frets on the guitar, there are 10 frets on the guitar can find a picture of the guitar on google, "blue rockband jaguar guitar" , 5 at the top and 5 at the bottom, i dont know what type of ribbon of cable is this FFC or FPC and how many pins "10 or 12 ?" and it goes to the connector in the image of the original board

2- the white box is for the buttons of the Playstation "options, share, arrows blah blah blah" its 12 pins

3- the black box is for the strumming bar up and down, i assume they considered as buttons up and down . 2 pins

4- the yellow is for the whammy bar, i read that it might need analog input pins. 3 pins

5- pink box, really have no idea what this is  , 2 pins

as for the power button, the image of the backside of the board shows a rubber thing, this is when holding it for few seconds it will turn on the guitar, but for the project i want to do i dont want to hold, i just want an on and off button,

also the guitar runs on 2x AA batteries and Bluetooth, I dont mind not using batteries or bluetooth and using a normal micro USB or type C or whatever the connection to the arduino is even HDMI, JK, anyways so i need some help from the arduino community in this project as i really have near zero knowledge in these things, i mean im an IT guy but not with boards and whatnot :),

i need to know :

1- what arduino to get "preferably something budget friendly"

2- what do i need to buy from cables to connectors

3- what is multiplexing ? is it like i need 20 digital pins and the board for example has only 16 digital pins, multiplexing will give me more digital pins, ? is it like that ??

3- things like resistors, will i need things like this also ?

i dont know what else to ask lol

anyways thanks in advance

i sound dumb right now lol,

true TBH, after reading it again i sounded like im looking for a free services or something, you're right mate ma bad
