Bluetooth_issue

hi everybody,
trying to code program for remote manipulating whith arduino
faced such problem: when i connected bluetooth-module hc-05 to arduino and was sending some commands from processing, all worked(servo rotated) and this happened whith contidion it powered from laptop, but when i tried to power arduino whith powerbank, it didn't receive any commands, well sometimes servo worked but only when i constantly sent command, but when it musted to rotate right-left itself as it worked previous, it didn't((

Does someone met such condition? If yes, i'll be glad you to give me a tip
thanks

sory, just didn't know which topic does it refer to

Some power banks shut off if the current drawn gets low.

I know but this is not that case
I observed few minutes

It looks like there's like a timeout in those power banks. When the current stays below its limit for the timeout amount of time, it cuts off.

What else? Wiring, schematics maybe. Pen and paper is fine.
