BNO055 Sensor with esp32-c6 not working

  1. I am using 4 bno055 sensors.

  2. Out of 4 connecting to 1 sensor is having power issue, like the sensor and the esp32-c6 temperature is becoming very high when connected to power supply and I am disconnecting it right away... I am unable to detect the issue about this 1 sensor issue...

  3. And when it comes to the other three sensors, I tried wirescan example [the first example that I use to check the i2c connections]. But for debugging I have added a serial print address before the line of wire begin transmission for all addresses in the for loop of the example. And then I connected the sensors to the i2c pins... the scan is like 1234.....20 and that's it... Stopping at 20 and nothing in serial monitor... just thats it... If not connected, the scan is working fine... but when sensors are connected, everything becoming unresponsive.

Please Respond as soon as possible, thank you!

Sounds like wiring or soldering error. Or wrong supply voltage.
If you don't post your wiring and the specific sensor module you have, it's about impossible to help.

I'm actually using qwiic port...
Connections:
Vcc connected to 5v
Gnd to gnd
SDA (white) to gpio 4
SCL (yellow) to gpio 5

Actually i also tried with other pin combinations like (2,3) as esp32-c6 support i2c on all gpio pins...

Without connection, working fine... I'm getting "No I2C device detected"

When connected, scan stops at 1234....20 and goes unresponsive as I said...

Correct I2C pins depend on your code.
For sure it doesn't cause chip over heating though.

For BNO055 Stemma wiring Adafruit gives:

And also warns:

I'm sure the pins are correct...
I worked on those sensors few months ago

There isn't any solution for my problem?

You have to post information about your problem. Very few people here have crystal balls.
We have not seen actual wiring, power supplies, neither code.
